"상하면" (Sangha-myeon) is a township ("myeon") in Gochang County, North Jeolla Province, South Korea. The name "Sangha-myeon" comes from the combination of the former administrative districts "Sang-i-myeon" (상이면) and "Ha-i-myeon" (하이면).

• Geography: Sangha-myeon is located in the southwestern part of Gochang County. It has mountains to the east and north, with plains in other areas. It borders the Yellow Sea to the west, featuring a 6-7 km long sand dune coastline known as Myeongsasimni.
• Administrative divisions: Sangha-myeon is divided into 9 legal "ri" (villages): Geomsan-ri, Seoknam-ri, Songgok-ri, Yongdae-ri, Yongjeong-ri, Jaryong-ri, Jangsan-ri, Jangho-ri, and Hajang-ri.
• Population: As of July 31, 2016, Sangha-myeon had a population of 2,668 people (1,304 males and 1,364 females) residing in 1,367 households. And according to another source, dated March 12, 2021, the population of Sangha-myeon was 2,429 in 1,385 households.
• Land area: The area of Sangha-myeon is about 32.98 square kilometers.
• Facilities and institutions: The township has various institutions, including the Sangha Elementary School, Sangha Middle School, Sangha-myeon Office, and the Sangha branch of the Maeil Dairies factory. There are also welfare facilities such as "Areumdaun Maeul."
• Tourist Attractions: The area is known for tourist destinations like Gusipo Beach, Gusipo Haesu Jjim World (seawater hot spring), Sangha Farm (an agricultural theme park), and Jangho Tidal Flat Experience Center.
• Transportation: National Road 22 passes through the center of Sangha-myeon in a north-south direction, and Local Road 733 is located in the west.
