SNNC stands for Société du Nickel de Nouvelle-Calédonie et Corée. It is a ferronickel smelting company and metallurgical joint venture between POSCO Holdings and SMSP (Société Minière du Sud Pacifique), which is the largest nickel exporter in New Caledonia.
