The Inter-Korean Relations Management Bureau is an organization under the Ministry of Unification of the Republic of Korea. It was established on September 8, 2023, by consolidating the former Inter-Korean Dialogue Headquarters and the Inter-Korean Transit Office.

• Implementation of inter-Korean agreements on exchange and cooperation between the two Koreas and related systems
• Overall management of matters related to dialogue between the two Koreas
• Development of strategies for inter-Korean dialogue
• Improvement of exchange and cooperation systems and management of current issues
