Lotte Members (Korean: 롯데멤버스) is a customer-centered platform company and a subsidiary of the Lotte Group that manages the group's integrated membership service, L.Point, and the simple payment service, L.Pay.

• Membership Service (L.Point): L.Point is a loyalty program with a large membership base. It has approximately 43 million members and partners with around 400,000 companies and member stores, encompassing various industries, including shopping, food & beverage, finance, and more. Members can earn and redeem points at these partner locations.
• Easy Payment Service (L.Pay): L.Pay is a mobile payment service that allows for convenient online and offline transactions within the Lotte ecosystem and partner companies.
