Buzz Retail:

• General Returns: You can return items within 60 days of receiving them for a refund, provided you notify Buzz Retail within 7 days of receipt.
• Apparel/Trainers: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery due to hygiene and safety. Exchanges are possible within 60 days.
• Faulty/Defective Items: You can return faulty or defective items for a replacement within 7 days of receiving them.
• Conditions: Items must be purchased from their website (www.buzz-retail.com) and returned with a copy of the receipt/invoice.
