• Mediastinum: This is a structure located in the thorax, extending from the manubrium sterni to the diaphragm. It is a thick septum situated in the chest, surrounding the heart without being attached to it, and mainly on the right side. It contains the esophagus, trachea, heart, and vessels.
• Lungs: Some interpretations equate Kloma with the lungs or specifically the right lung.
• Bladder: It has also been interpreted as the bladder.
• Pancreas: Some consider Kloma to be the pancreas (Agnya-saya).
