2. 프리시즌
맨체스터 유나이티드는 2017-18 시즌을 앞두고 미국 투어를 진행했으며, 2017년 인터내셔널 챔피언스컵에서 영국 밖에서 처음으로 열린 맨체스터 더비가 포함되었다. 이 투어에는 레알 마드리드와 바르셀로나와의 경기도 포함되었다. 미국 투어는 2017년 7월 15일 LA 갤럭시와의 경기로 시작되었다.
