2003년 과학기술부 올해의 여성과학기술인상[1], 2008년 한국 로레알-유네스코 여성과학자상 진흥상[2]을 수상하였다. 2011년 비소 수송체에 관한 논문으로 미국학술원에서 우수 논문상 Cozzarelli prize를 수상[3]하였고, 2013년 미국식물학회에서 corresponding membership award[4]를 수상하였다.
